This Imperial Stout is a blend of Weller and Buffalo Trace barrels that was finished in a Pear Brandy Barrel. Then, the beer is finished on almond cookies to meld flavors of Funfetti, cookie dough, and almonds with pear soaked oak.

Black with a small tan head. Pear brandy, almond cookie, cocoa and strong booziness. Very long finish. Full bodied.

Big sweet almond notes, the pear brandy barrel rounds the finish off nicely. Nice warming feel going down. Sweet, rich, and supremely smooth. Seriously top marks from me.
