Draft @ Hopsters Restaurant, Besalu.
Dorée, col épais blanc tenace.
Arôme sur un effluve marqué de houblons NZ - cela semble être fort à la mode ces pils hounblonnées à croire que ce sont les nouvelles IPAs. Rétro-nasal fruits à noyaux et douceur latente.
Palais sur une belle base de pils-lager 'crisp', fruits à noyaux en retrait avec une sensation de pêche et pointe de douceur tropicale. Le tout passe quasi pour un effet IPAish avec un fini fleuri sur le jasmin et infusion.
