This Double IPA starts with a blend of Citra and Simcoe hops. The base then receives a significant addition of Nectaron hops in the whirlpool and dry hop. Tropical pineapple is met with an explosion of passion fruit flavors.

16oz can from Tavour. One of my favorite beer series. Hazy golden pour, one finger creamy white head, rings of lacing, lots of "floaties". Fruity aroma, tangy citrus gives way to stone fruit. Taste opens up with some ABV burn, nectarines, orange peel, and some dank, floral notes.

Get a lot of the passion fruit in this one. Managed to hit all three Mortalis locations in three days 😂
