Thanks TimE for sharing the bottle! Taster showing medium amber with sparse white foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of brett and dried apricot. The palate is medium bodied and lightly carbonated. Lightly tart with a mild acidity and brett forward.

Trocken säuerlicher Antrunk mit leicht erhöhter Karbonisierung. Herb fruchtig, trocken, die Bitterkeit ist allgegenwärtig. Trocken säuerlich zum Ende. 10/11/11/10//11

On tap at Bitter Phew. Pours golden orange. Orange, lemon, grapefruit, sourdough, little lactic acid, plenty of wine notes, some oak. Delicately soured and a little under carbonated. Big, complex, tasty.

Bottle from Salud. Clear golden amber color, white head with solid lacing. Aroma of overripe stone fruit stored in dusty attics next to cobwebs, with sweaty animals and their blankets in the distance. Taste is softly sour apricot, peach, pear, light lemon, subtle vanilla, berries, moderate funk. Reminds of my favorite geuze. Probably my favorite beer of 2016.

Cask at the brewery. Cloudy dull tan. Sharp and woody, bit acetic in the finish with raisiny notes. Good funky brew, lots of buggy goodness.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a bubbly off-white head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, malt, lacto, and horseblanket. The flavor is sour with lemons, brettanomyces, lacto, straw, and funk, leading to a tart finish.
