Niagara Falls ... fantastic ... I still recall a sex workers calling card from 'that' London back in the day when they used to leave them in phone boxes. 'Watersports with Madame Niagara' ... Briliant!
Hazed orange topped with a good sized lasting creamy white cap.
Nose is ripe tropicana, grass, mandarin, raw pineapple, papaya.
Taste comprises grapefruit, guava, pine resin, mango splash, guava.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with juicy come resinous hop bitterness.
Solid kit.

Can. Hazy gold beer, small and short lived pale cream colour head. Airy palate, smooth and mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation coming through on the back end. Light smooth pale malts provide a nice level of creamy sweetness. Hops bring smooth cooling pine, a fair hop spice nibble and skunk that is obvious but not intrusive. Juicy Peacharine hops shine on the back end. Floral peachy stone fruits. Touch of citrus before a light and mildly hop spicy finish. Nice job. Delivers peachy stone fruits but, reminds you it's hops doing this, not actual fruit!

Bold hop profile but a nice smooth finish. Hazy AF and the peacharine hops come through nicely.
