Draft at Haymaker. Hazy darker preacher color with an off white head. Funky, spiced aroma. Some peppery notes. Good bit of tropical hops. Dry, funky, peppery, and big on flavor. Fairly full bodied, bit of booze. Long, dry close.

Pre-Salud sour fest. Hazy golden color, fluffy white head. Nice aroma of mixed tropical fruit and fresh haystacks. Taste has light peppery funk, more fruit, straw. Delicious.

A number of full draught pours at Goods from the Woods, 10/22/16.
Moderately hazy, copper-golden body is topped by a large, well-retained, white head.
Big juicy hop notes add mango, guava and pineapple while tons of plastery yeast notes definitely give a strong saison impression. Black pepper and plentiful, yet even, esters build on the fruitiness with a strong honey-like maltiness balancing easily, in the background. Light acidity from the hops, yet no resin nor alcohol. Minerals, biscuity grains and a light chalkiness lingers on the finish.
Strong mineral character with wheat notes and a soft, malty and wheat-laden palate with fine carbonation. Great balance between yeast notes and the juiciness of the hops, with guava, nectarine, light mango and pineapple all complementing the yeast esters. Finishes with a really lovely pepper and earthy, mineral-rich yeast character with lingering notes of honey and light bread. No alcohol or flaw with light bitterness and a good crisp finish. Frighteningly drinkable stuff.
