When we combined black tea and a twist of lemon, we created a buzzy, refreshing and naturally gluten-free Mead Tea.

Lots of black tea, tannic. It's a beverage, you can drink it. Not sure why you'd want tea in your mead, but it does no harm.

Can sample at mead booth, pours a cloudy blonde. Nose is full of bergamot and cheap watered down honey. Flavour is more of the same, with bergamot, fermented out honey, and finishing dry and tea-like. Itβs fine.

Can pour at a market booth. Pours hazy dull pale yellow. Gentle honey on the nose. Flavour has fairly honey and some teabags. Fairly uninteresting.
