750mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has a nice Riesling grape must character, wild yeast, some rustic notes, and light champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is clean-ish, with gentle Riesling grape skins, wild yeast, and a light oakiness to it. Not super complex, but it’s clean and well-made. Solid enough.

Hazy, dullish gold. No head. It's got some yeastiness, a bit of honeyish malt character. Mellow bugs, but it's overall a bit on the yeasty side. The riesling is mild - I think that's where the honeyish note comes from - and I'd probably like more. The bugs, the barrel, I guess I'd say that the acidity is in a good place and I would like to get everything up pumped up around it. But it's a good beer, solid work.

750mL bottle. Pours murky blonde with minimal head. Sour wild yeast with some slightly musty grape skins on the nose. Flavour has a musty, slightly sour yeast character with decent must from the grape skins. Pretty decent.
