Dark red-brown, slight haze, richer caramel type aroma. Soft, leans heavily into the caramel. I appreciate what they are trying here, it’s better than Rickard’s, more body.

On tap at The Growlery, pours a clear dark amber with a small white head. Aroma is gentle, with soft bready malt, some sweet caramel. Flavour is drier, with bready malt and a bitter finish. Poor hop expression. Useless beer.

On tap at the brewery. Pours murky brownish amber with minimal head. Damp and sweaty malts on the nose. Flavour has more of the same; fairly underwhelming malt expression.
