Bright red, medium head, nice bright hop nose, sweeter on the palate, but medium bitterness and while the hop is more muddled on the palate it’s not bad.

On tap at The Growlery, pours a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma has some resinous hops, bready malt, and a touch of toasted caramel. Flavour has a reasonable hop expression, some floral notes, and dry bready caramel. Good hop expression but on the timid side for the style. Solid.

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear amber with a beige head. Bright pine and caramel malts on the nose. Flavour has toasty bready malts, lots of pine. This could be more aggressive, but the beer is drinkable and well done.
