This year we are also celebrating experimentally – introducing our annual Imperial Sour Ale, which combines intense fruit flavours with dessert notes of coconut and vanilla. The combination of raspberries, sour cherries and a creamy base creates a sweet and sour taste experience that you just can’t get enough of.
Thirteen years of innovation, experimentation and the joy of playing with beer – that’s what 13 Years Of Innovation represents, the third beer in this year’s anniversary trio with a transparent label and a name starting with “13 Years Of”. This time around, we’re betting on a bold Imperial Sour Ale, where juicy cherries, raspberries, coconut and vanilla meet. The high extract adds a fullness and roundness that balances the pronounced acidity and allows a complex flavor profile to develop. The beer is intense, fruity yet surprisingly smooth – with a creamy finish that is reminiscent of dessert in liquid form. 13 Years Of Innovation celebrates the courage to try new things and deliver experiences that linger in the memory long after the last sip.

From tap @ Žil Verne. Head pink white, medium, average retention. Colour is coppery, hazy. Aroma is nice light sour fruity, caramel, raspberries. Taste is medium malty base, raspberries, strawberries, caramel, coconut, vanilla, light sour fruity, soft carbonation, good one, enjoyed.

C: opaque deep berry red
N: red berries, sweet
P: med bodied, very fruity, berry compote, cherries, blackberries, raspberries. Very nice.

Mild süßer, dann zunehmend säuerlicher Start. Kirschen, etwas Laktose, mild herb, trockener Hintergrund. Nett. 9/10/10/11//10

A hazy purple red beer with a light pinkish head. Aroma of lactic tart red berries, jam, yeast. Taste of tart raspberries, cherries, yeast, lactose, semi thick mouthfeel.

Lots of raspberry, med sour cherry, background vanilla, no coconut. Pretty easy drinking sour though, with high sourness, med tartness, med-light sweetness. Good one, even if not my fav.

Tap at ZBF 2025. Murky purple body, pinkish head. Tart blueberry aroma. Lean, dry taste, berries, light bubblegum, dry, bit juicy, simple but fine enough. Not exactly my vibe.
