Rich and smooth, this barrel-aged stout rests in ex-rum casks from our neighbours at Red Mill Rum. Notes of cinnamon and vanilla weave through layers of dark malt, toffee, biscuit, and light chocolate, finishing with a gentle warmth and lingering depth.

Beautiful aromas of cinnamon, chocolate, vanilla, with some really late toffee coming in. The rum is quite prominent in the mouth, with chocolate and some citrus as well. I would have liked a bit more of a creamy body, but that's nit picking. Beautiful beer.

(Can) Pours black with a big tan head - a great looking beer. Pleasant aroma of chocolate and roast grains with notes of vanilla and hints of something boozy. Full bodied, soft MF smooth with plenty of soft carbonation. Great taste too. There’s a base of dark roast malt with a black coffee bitterness to it. This is balanced with some soft and slightly sweet chocolate and toffee tastes. There’s vanilla, some spice and some nice aromatic notes I cannot name. Very good.
