Matured in oak for depth and complexity, then brightened with a delicate splash of Lambrusco. Notes of tart cherry, dark berries, and subtle tannins mingle with a vinous acidity and gentle funk, creating a vibrant, effervescent finish.

Acetic, slight haze, flemish red in character, a bit vinous. Not getting a lot of grape and the acetic is more than I prefer.

On tap at Campio, pours a clear golden orange with a small white head. Aroma has a nice red wine grape must, some wild yeast, and some balsamic. Flavour is quite acidic, with lots of balsamic, acetic acid, some THP, and a touch of grape must. Too acetic and THP-contaminated. Not good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours hazy reddish gold with a white head. Cheerios, some berries, a bit of vinegar, and maybe some musty grape skins on the nose. Flavour is very acetic, very gentle contribution from the grapes, cheerios. Clumsy, acetic nonsense.
