It looks great, gold beer and a large, lacing head of foam. When I think of a Czech pilsner, I think of dry, bitter hops. This has a dry malt flavor but the strata is too sweet to pair with a pilsner, pushing toward IPL territory.

Sampled from the tap at Northern Taphouse Plymouth. Pours a clear bright straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has straw and dank grass with a slight earthy hay supporting. Flavor is grass forward with growing hay and a slightly earthy straw supporting.
