So we are naming this one an Alberta Wild Sour, to celebrate this and, well, properly describe what this beer is. It's a mashup mixed ferment beer with custom malt from Red Shed Malting, Williamette hops from local hop yards and hybrid yeasts.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy dull orange with a voluminous, fluffy white head. Nose has a nice rustic, spicy saison yeast character, gentle bugginess, and fluffy wheatiness. Flavour has a very nice wild bugginess to it, rustic saison yeast, some fresh bittering hops, and a fluffy wheat base. Very nice wild yeast and rustic character. Really well put together. Excellent saison yeast.

Hazy and dull, with a fairly thick head. This has a big hoppy character, lots of yeast, like getting into Saison Dupont character. Dry, hoppy. Flavourful. Good stuff. Classic saison with a wild element to it.

500mL bottle. Pours murky blonde with a foamy white head. Tons of vibrant, rustic saison yeast on the nose. Flavour is also bright and rustic, some candied sugars, crisp malty base. Great carbonation. This is a really nice saison.
