Slight haze, thin head, has a bit of a husky malt, light phenols and also some esters.

On tap at Longroof, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has light esters, a touch of rustic saison yeast, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp and dry, with light ester, spicy saison yeast, and crisp biscuity malt. Doesn’t really use the yeast correctly but it’s not too bad.

On tap at Longroof. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Poor saison yeast expression and rubber on the nose. Flavour has very poor saison yeast and rubbery phenols. Poor saison.
