Tap @ De Prael Proeflokaal Amsterdam. Slightly unclear golden body under a fine, dense off-white head. Aroma has malt and fruity hops. Taste is like a medium sweet classic old school IPA. Fruity with medium bitterness. Quite straight forward and food friendly.

Glass at de Prael Amsterdan, darker amber beer, small head. Aroma is hops, citrus, pine, malt, caramel, sweet, some floral. Taste is hops, resin, bitter, malt, caramel, fruity. A pleasant IPA with a meal, similar than the embuscade with less characters, hoppy, citrus, rather dry, malt hidden by the hop, 12.04.18, drinking it at Prélaz, Lausanne.

Aroma of grapefruit, mango, orange, ripe fruits, floral notes, malt, some caramel, hops. Flavour is moderate sweet with a moderate to medium bitter finish. Nice thick body and excellent mouthfeel. Not the most fresh or bitter IPA, but it’s rich and has a lot of depth.

Bottle. Orangeish golden colour with a big foamy white head, which leaves good lace. Aroma is citrus, some tropical fruits, mild yeast and some toffee too. Flavour is fruity, citrusy, some quite evident yeast, spruce tips and mild toffee and sweet grainy tones too. As usual from De Prael, rather much yeasty tones to the beer...

Frucht in der Nase, sehr intensiv, grasig, Hanf, aber ich bin auch grad in der Brauerei in Amsterdam, hier riecht alles nach Gras. Im Trunk supercremig, Fruchtkorb, sehr lecker und sehr intensiv.

Oranjekleurig bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is bitter hoppig en licht fruitig zoet met iets van mango en mandarijn.
