Representing a bridge between IPAs of old, and modern citrus hop expression, PARAGON is where the future of West Coast IPA crashes into the past. It’s got unique modern fruit expressions and high drink-ability bolted onto a light body with a familiar resinous bittering profile. Bright racing yellow, no sickly sweetness, and no fear of hop bitterness. It’s clean, classic, and just a wee bit dank, with passionfruit and berry undertones. This one’s fast, so put on yer helmet and let’ er rip. Braaaap!!

Slight haze, thin head. Medium bitter, slightly herbal, mild floral. I mean, it's fine.

On tap at Sea Change, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is on the fruitier side, with gentle resinous hops, some melon, and biscuity malt. Flavour has citrusy hops, gentle pine, a touch of melon, and fairly crisp biscuity malt to support. Finishes with melon and gentle bitterness. Good.

On tap at Sea Change. Pours clear gold with a white head. Pine and resins on the nose. Flavour has pine, resins, nice amount of dankness. Malt base needs a bit of work. It's okay.
