750ml wired cork bottle from J&R Armitage. 2020 Vintage. Opened with a pop. Sparkling, pale yellow colour, short-lived bubbly white foam head and aroma of elderflower, citric. Taste is sweet, elderflower, woody hints, floral, tangy, citric tart, and boozy. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, sweet drying boozy finish. Quite OK, abit on the sweet side.
