Draft in Ashland. Decent enough pour with sudsy white head. Nose is bright flowery and farmyard with spice. Tatses of decent lavender, some honey, lots of cloves, white pepper, honey dew, yeasty. Palate is ok crispness good be brighter.

Hudson draught, 9/14/25.
Clear brass. Small, white head.
Moderate lavender. Not soapy or overdone. No residual honey. Peppery phenols and light clove.
Light, clovey, lots of white pepper. Odd that this one is so Americanized when their previous saison had real, cooler fermented character. Could be a lot worse and the clove isn't that strong. Some residual honey texture and good dryness.
