Havoc is a dry, danky, and resinous West Coast, just like we like them! It's combining some super expressive NZ qualities with the amped up danky Mosaic Cryo. We also got our hands on some of that delicious Nelson SubZero Hop Kief from Freestyle Farms to add another rad layer of Nelson! The nose jumps out of the glass with dank/diesel along with passionfruit and citrus. In your mouth, there are some deliciously bright flavors of gooseberry, passionfruit, kumquat, lime, mango, and berry. We left the grain bill very simple, based on pils malt, to allow the rad hop flavors to shine. The bitterness is moderate, but leaves an oily tongue coating dryness that makes this beer hard to put down.

Clear, approachable, fizzy mellow gold pint pour at the source.

Nose is mostly catty & herbal. Not super inviting.
First impression is fruity pebbles & sharp varnish. Second notes of herbal & white grapefruit. Big malty backbone with a bit of dry, earthy peanut butter. Middle high acid. A bit harsh.

More than one thing is off.
