New Zealand hops so dedication beer to notable New Zealand war pilot Phil Lamason, born in this day in 1918. Clear paler golden with a head. Initially smells and tastes like veggie sausages to me, but probably not what its tasting notes say. Perhaps a dirtier apricot might be closer, there's certainly a fruitiness that develops more as you sip.
