Clear, dark amber. Small, light-tan head.
Great barrel with big vanilla, black pepper and soft bourbon spice. Sweet, succulent, caramel malts. Very English with an American bourbon character giving it a big jolt. No booze noted.
Soft, juicy, fruity with big vanilla and marshmallow-graced caramel and toffee. Succulent, juicy, soft. At this point there's still pepper, lead, spice, mild barrel tannin to balance. But no alcohol. Could use a bit more dryness in the overall balance, but the flavor is dry, earthy, fruity, crusty, bready and juicy.

Thinnish body, sweet, softly boozy. Caramel with creamy toffee, a nice malty backbone, smooth, very nice.

Sweet, caramely malty and syrupy with some stingy toffee bourbon, vanilla and earthy notes, hints of warming alcohol. Heavy but tasty.
