Pale golden colour, white head. Aroma of citrus, malts, lemon zest, fennel. Mild sour flavour, citrus, quite herbal, lemon peel, white wine. Finish citrus and fennel. Pretty decent.

Bottle @ Hey Julien is back and Dean’s floor is moist tasting. Hazy pale yellow color, small white to off-white head. Smell and taste both have a nice fruity sourness. A bit too sharp though for my liking.

Bottle shared. Pours cloudy dull pale orange with a white head. Aroma showcases the fennel (not something I’ve ever wanted in a beer), with mint, aniseed and a little citrus. Flavour is light moderate sour. Light bodied with light carbonation.

Bottle at THT. Murky dark golden with short lasting white head. Sour grapes, fennel, light sour grains, mint, gooseberries. Quite sour with a light fennel sweetness. Medium bodied with a bit sparkly carbonation. Smells horrible but when drinking it’s quite OK.

Bottle in Glenwood Springs, thanks to jcnielsen. Milky yellow appearance with a white head. Aroma has light butter, heavy herbs, grass, and lemon. Flavors of spearmint, butter, lemon, pine, and bread. Maybe this bottle has went south.
