8 barrels from 2 years to 3 years of age were selected to create this right and balanced vine blend. 80% comes from mixed fermentation and 20% spontaneous fermentation. Half of the barrels contained bourbon then Russian Imperial Stout, the other half of wine Vosnes Romanée.
