Pours a lightly hazy, pale peach-tea color, with mid-sized head. Aroma is bread, grass, citrus, straw. Flavors follow. Clean, crisp mouthfeel.
I have no complaints about this fest bier. Really spot on. Just wish I had more. This would be something I’d want on draft back in the day. Thanks Steve!

16 oz can at Anthony's, 10/25/25. Thanks man! Grains, bread, cracker, along with some earth and pine notes. Highly drinkable. Tasty.

Pours hazy gold into a willi. White head with good retention recedes to coat surface. Caramel and multigrain aromas. Medium bodied with sweet caramel and toasted multigrain upfront turning to earthy pith in the dry, medium length finish.

Side pull at Charlton, 10/2/25.
Clear, bright golden. Giant, snow white head.
Mildly herbaceous hops with a hint of white grape and earthy mineral are charming and not overdone, even given this is billed as a hoppy festbier. Rustic grains add biscuits and cracker but end with rich, honey-like notes.
Big and malty with beautiful hop notes adding mild stone fruit, rich, fresh herbs and a crisp, peppery bitterness that balances the lovely honey from the Pils malt. Almost a juicy white grape/gravenstein apple character lingering. Soft and easygoing but just bitter enough. Clean with earth and mineral lingering.
