Thatโs good stuff. Lovely pithy citrus character. Lean and dry. Some lemon peel, pale biscuits, mild bitter rind, pine needles. Active, massaging carbonation. Slight minerality. Clean, refreshing finish.

Tap at the brewery taproom bermondsey. A translucent golden orange coloured pour with a a fine white head. Aroma is semi sweet, soft fruit, white grape, melon, mellow bready. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, earthy wheaty grains, bready, lemon rind, white grape, melon, crisp finish. Palate is semi crisp, light grains, fine highish carbonation.
