Cloudy carmine red beer, practically no head. Aroma: fruity touch up front, lots of apples, pears, a bit yeasty, some earthy notes. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: nice acidity, fruity, lots of apples, a little bitter, funky touch. Aftertaste: very fruity, lots of apple juice, good stuff, slightly yeasty, apple skin, pleasant acidity. Man, you could fool me into believing this was a fruited cider, although I wouldn’t be able to say which fruit just by tasting it.
