Pure New Zealand hop power bringing a West Coast-esque spike of depth and bitterness. Kohatu brings the tropical noise alongside a touch of signature kiwi stonefruit, building on this, Pacific Sunrise adds classic bitterness whilst boosting the stonefruit, floral base. Heavy naked oat addition balances the bitterness spike for that cask repeatability.

Cask at the Duke of St Albans, Highgate on 7th October 2025. Clear gold with shallow, loose foam and spot lacing. Earthy and citrusy notes in aroma. Light citrus dessert in-mouth, and a sweet, lightly fruity finish . Smooth mouthfeel and a light body.
