Taste is zesty bitter, citrusy fruity and slightly tropical fruity hoppy, oaty and wheaty malty basis without residual sweetness, minimally peppery spicy, yeasty overtones, notes of yellow stone fruit, some orange, bitter orange, unripe tropical fruit; lingering, bitter, grassy hoppy finish.
