this is our fifth-birthday tipa, and it's a big one. we pushed our house hazy yeast from @mogwaiculture to the limit and built on what you loved about our recent dipa, foil hat society.
we hit it with a massive dry hop of strata (t90 & cgx), peacharine, and nelson, creating a ripe, complex character of stone fruit, citrus, and floral notes. the result is a thick, hazy beer with a lush mouthfeel that’s everything you want in a triple ipa.

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 8.5 | Flavor - 9 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 8.5
From a 440ml can on 19/9/2025. Pours a super cloudy dirty golden with a smallish head. The nose features some heavy peach, with some hints of passionfruit. Tastes of peach, apricot and orange, finishing with a pronounced spicy and tangy bitterness. The mouthfeel is thick, silky and creamy, with moderate carbonation. This is one where the 10 per cent is no surprise. Full on, complex and very satisfying. These guys just keep producing diamonds.
