Undated can drunk 9/26/25.
Cloudy, medium-dark-amber. Big, butter-beige head is creamy-dense and well-retained.
Honey, berries, mild clove and banana with some toasted brown bread and a good helping of base malt, it would seem (doesn't seem too toasty/roasty or tannic). Clean and aromatic.
In the mouth it's soft, malty, wheaty with a good chewiness, lots of dryness and minimal clove. Some banana and light bubble gum lets you know it's a weizen, but there's a solid maltiness to it that seems to outdo the yeast, in a good way. Very drinkable, with a soft, round fruitiness that seems to be front-and-center. Love the relative lack of toast.
