A medium dry cider made from a big blend of ciders from 3 years. A blend of locally collected apples from 2024, a blend of mostly Somerset Redstreak and Brown's Apple from 2023, and a smaller blend of Dabinett, Somerset Redstreak and Ellis Bitter/Foxwhelp from 2022, a high sugar year... rich and smooth.)

On tap at the Barrel Drop, Nottingham. New cidery for me. Rich gold; no carbonation. Dry apple juice, quite tannic, some leather, all set against a vanilla background. Good balance of rough tannins against the smooth vanilla. Definitely on the dry side of medium-dry. Pretty good stuff, I really enjoyed this.
