Stars above your head Constellation is not just a beer. It's the mood of a summer night when everything goes quiet and you look up. The base is made of wheat and a subtle haze that embraces the tongue like a summer hug. Amarillo and Cascade introduce citrus and a blooming meadow into the beer, orange peel and lemongrass twinkle with the beer just as gently as shooting stars...

Thin, watery, med-light carbo. Med-light sweet, low bitter, pretty watery, empty. Where are the hops? No bitterness, no flavour. Light grassy and vaguely fruity hops character. Meh, boring.

On tap at Purkmister Sun in a Glass Bierfest, Purkmister brewpub, Plzeń, Friday 19th September 2025 after a walk from our campsite at Škodaland Plzeń into the city then back out after a couple of beers in the city. Pours hazy silvery/gold with a white head. Easy drinking, there are subtle hints of orange and lemon, but all told it is a bit thin with wheat, fruity touches both shy.
