On tap at Beer Belly LA. Pours with a murky, ruby-red grapefruit hued body with no head. Looks like juice. Aromas are huge and complex. Tons of lactic acid, white wine, oak, and tannins. Very floral, esters, brett, light funk, manure and horseblanket. Flavors are bracingly acidic. Lactic, light citrus/citric notes. Very sour. A very light sweetness, vanilla. Lots of oak and funk. Medium to light bubbles, dry and lastingly sour. Not a traditional Faro to my tastes, but very well done!
