On tap at the brewpub. No mention of it being 100% Centennial (in fact the guy at the bar, although not the brewer, said that it had multiple hop varieties in it). Pours with a hazed golden body with a lasting white head. Aromas of orange, tropical fruit, a bit of a grainy malt profile. Clean fermentation character. Flavors are malty, grainy, a bit sweet, orange and overripe fruits. Medium bubbles, somewhat dry with a light body.
