This is more a sour beer than a saison. Also I drank the 7.2% abv version aged in cognac barrels. It is clean and flavourful, the barrels are only mildly perceptible, but the sourness is nice with the clean malty background. Grenoble bottle shop

750ml Bottle. Pours with an extremely hazy yellow-orange hued body with a small white head that fades slowly. Aromas are estery: stonefruit, citrus (oranges), floral, mildly tropical, light funk and phenolics. Yogurty, and lightly earthy/oaky. Flavors are exceptionally tart - full on sour, tropical (passionfruit, light mango), some earthy oak, tannin, mild grainy and grassy. Somewhat bitter. Extremely sour. Medium high-carbonation, mildly warming, medium viscosity, dry and puckering. Mild ATHP as it warms.
