Cask. Backlog. Last Summer. Still on my phone...damn I’m behind on uploading these. Pours with a very lightly hazed brown body with an off white cap of foam. Aromas are big, grainy, nutty, toasty, very light hints of roast, light caramel, melanoidins, very low esters. A hint of wood. Flavors of tannins, malty, toasty and nutty. Medium woody. Lower carbonation.
