On tap at Smog City’s new brewery. Pours with a clear bronze hued body with a thin off-white head. Aromas are nutty, and hugely bourbony, vanillin, barrel, char. Medium caramel notes. Flavors show a medium malt character that is nutty and lightly caramelly. Further flavors are all bourbon, vanillin and tannin. Quite warming, medium-low carbonation.
