On tap at Beachwood. Pours with a hazed yellow hued body with a large and creamy white head that lasts and leaves very nice lace. Odd aroma: strongly spiced, cardamom, clove, cinnamon, medium lactic, light acetic, low funk and a few grainy notes. Very lemony in the acid profile, a bit green smelling with all the spices. Flavors are much more subdued on the spice, but elevated on the acidity. Very tart, acid forward, medium to high fruity esters, citric acid reminiscent of fresh pineapples. Very tart, medium funk and thankfully a lot less spice than the nose would suggest. Lingering and clean sourness. Lively bubbles, tart, dry and a bit tannic
