On tap at City Tavern. Pours with a murky golden body with a lasting white head. Aromas are a bit vegital, peppery, grainy, spicy, coffee and a bit bready. Cannot tell if the phenol like aromas are yeast or an odd coffee note. Flavors are bready, light esters, some caramel and coffee (spicy, and earthy mostly). Medium bubbles, decently dry. Pretty good, but as far as blond coffee infused beers go, I think I prefer Eagle Rock’s Stimulus.
