On tap in the food pavilion at GABF. Pours with a hazy brown to bronze body with a tan head. Interesting nose: fruity, sweet, medium caramel notes, light umami. Flavors of caramelized onion, fruit, light meaty umami notes, and a bit bready. Very unique. Medium bubbles, lighter bodied, dry. Odd, but pretty good. Lasting onion taste left in your mouth.
