"This NW style sour blends tripels and strong blondes that were lacticly fermented and aged more than a year with blackberries in oak. We then did a secondary inoculation with a recently isolated plumbers strain of Brett called Beckamoyces Aasskraquii. Some sour cherries were blended in to give this beer some pucker. This is a rare beer; once it's gone, it's gone. "

2009 version (noted to have raspberries as well) on tap at Beachwood’s Sour Fest. Pours with a hazed amber body with a small tan head. Aromas are strong of fruit, black berries, raspberries, light funk. Very jammy, a hint of oak. Yogurt. Flavors are very fruity, estery, jammy and raspberry. Lactic and malic acid. Sharp on the lactic. Light funk. Very nice.
