12 oz. can from Total Wine - Greenville, SC. Pours a clear dark brown cola color with a huge beige head and excellent retention. Decent lacing. Roasted malt aroma. Dark roasted and nutty flavors. A little sweet with nobitterness. Semi creamy mouthfeel. Medium＋body. Smooth and clean. A little too crisp. It's better once the carbonation subsidies. The 6.4% ABV is invisible. Really good brown ale. Very repeatable.

Can from Southern Spirits. Clear dark brown color, tan head with good retention and lacing. Roasty cocoa and coffee aroma. Taste has lightly earthy dark chocolate, coffee grounds. Tasty.

Shared 12 oz. can. Dark brown, light beige head. Aroma of malt and nuts. Taste is malt, caramel, faint chocolate, mild roast. Metallic finish. OK.
