On tap. Pours with a hazed to lightly muddy, copper-golden body with a white head. Aromas are of brandy, chewy dates, dark fruits, currants, light funk, a touch of plastic and medium alcohol. Flavors are sour (medium) with dark fruits, light acetic acid, warming, good barrel character, raisins, currants, apple, alcohol. Medium to fuller bodied, high carbonation, carbonic bite, tannin with a touch of a sharp finish.
