Sampled on draft at Vintage Estate this beer poured a golden color with a medium sized creamy white head that left excellent lacing. The aroma was band aid, yeast, mustiness and a bit of vague fruit and ginger. The flavor was tangy, sweetish and yeasty with a bit of mustiness and vague fruit and ginger powder. Not good.

Bottle/Fest. A- Wheat, berries. A- Gold color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Wheat, spices, berries. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, wheaty finish. O- Not what I expected. This was definitely more wheat beer and fruit beer. Berries were minimal and wheat was strong.

12oa bottle. Dulled orange-tan body. Thin head. An interesting mix, adding the Mosaic into a blueberry beer. The coriander gives it more edge than the hops. Either way, this is quite balance, and very refreshing. I would go back for another of these. Good.

12 ounce bottle into signature pint glass, bottled on 5/20/2016. Pours fairly hazy golden orange color, with a 2 finger dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Dense soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of grapefruit, mango, melon, lemon zest, orange peel, passion fruit, blueberry, coriander, light clove, wheat, cracker, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/fruity hops, blueberry/coriander, and moderate pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of grapefruit, mango, melon, lemon zest, orange peel, passion fruit, blueberry, coriander, light clove, wheat, cracker, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light herbal/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, mango, melon, lemon/orange peel, blueberry, coriander, wheat, cracker, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity hops, blueberry/coriander, and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light dryness from bitter/spiciness, that increases through the glass. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth and fairly creamy/grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.5%. Overall this is a very good fruited wheat ale. All around good complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity hops, blueberry/coriander, and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink. Was expecting a bit more berry presence; but the overall balance was really well done. A very enjoyable offering.
