Brewed in collaboration with our bar staff and our friends at Hexe Coffee, this bright blonde ale features hand-selected, light roast beans which add a smooth, roasty twist. Light in color but full of bold flavor, with layered notes of toasted malt, caramel, and cold brew.

Back to a light lager look, things ring off foam. Basic lager nose. Closest to a base blonde ale taste. Coffee coffee palate is kind of vegetal, like green coffee beans, but also a kind of jalapeno pepper. I find that enjoyable. And one of the servers agreed that it was kind of spicy.
Served during this coffee and beer pairing with Folklore Coffee Roasters Cold Brew, topped with a Toasted Marshmallow Cold Foam.
