Sample at TeKu Tavern. Cloudy orange-gold color with a medium white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Sticky strings of lace. Aroma of tart stone fruit, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of tart peaches, lacto, wheat and doughy malt. The finish is tart with a peachy aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

Bomber, Sam's Quik Shop. Pours murky golden with a small white head. Aroma is sour stonefruit, a little funk. Flavor is tart peach, lemon juice, grasses, green apple. EDITING TO ADD: this becomes more enjoyable as it warms. Bumping up a point in taste and 2 overall.

Taster at Loyal Legion. Clear, medium golden. Light aroma of peaches. Taste too is pretty lightweight. Fruity, but disappears fast.

Draft - Soured malts. Clear gold with almost no head. Soured malts, a bit of lychee and more soured malts. No real peach here.

Hazy, blonde, medium head. On the nose a fairly typical kettle sour with light peach notes, so good but nothing unusual. Fairly strong tartness, soft peach notes...goes well with the tartness. Clean, by the numbers, but well done.

On tap at Rogue Kitchen & Wetbar - Broadway, pours a hazy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out shitloads of fresh peaches upfront, with tons of juiciness and light tartness. Flavour is a lacto and fruity bomb, with loads of yogurty notes upfront, followed by juicy, tart peaches. Nicely balanced between the lacto and fruit. Works well. Very good.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Cloudy blond with an orange shade. Lemony sourness in the aroma, a bit puckery. Good body strength, and soft mouthfeel; the acidity is prominent, but the delicate lemon and peach touch is a perfect complement. The final is a bit short. Balanced but not very complex.
Refreshing, sour, very good.
