We’ve teamed up with Soul Mega in D.C. and Zeroday in Harrisburg to put a spin on the classic Altbier – a beer destined for the 2025 Barrel & Flow Fest. Pittsburgh’s annual celebration of Black breweries, artists, and small businesses has twice been named the Best Brew Fest in America by readers of USA Today. Featuring the hallmark light red hue and moderate bitterness, the beer’s twist comes with Mosaic and Galaxy hops added later in the boil and then dry-hop. The result lends notes of sweet citrus and stone fruit to the weighty, dry-finishing ale.
