Here’s the latest release from our Ambrosia series, brewed together with Warsaw’s Raj Piwosza. This time we went with HBC 638, Talus, and Citra - bringing a juicy mix of citrus and tropical fruit, topped off with a bold hit of coconut.

Nice mix of hops here bringing fruity notes of pineapple and grapefruit, mango, clementine, nice and juicy, floral hoppy accents, sweet soft malty support, accents of coconut into the hoppy finish. Works well, great stuff.
